Fairgrounds Alcohol Ordinance (No. 2001-14)

Prohibition of the Possession or Consumption of Alcohol and Alcohol Beverages on the Property of the Johnson County Fairgrounds

The possession of or consumption of Alcohol shall be prohibited upon the land, property, and within any structure occupied as the Johnson County Fairgrounds owned by the County of Johnson, except private residences leased from the County.

Persons violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be subject to the penalty imposed for a Class C infraction, as set forth in Indiana Code 34-4-43-4. Accordingly, this ordinance shall be enforced by the provisions of Indiana Code 34-4-32.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and after the 15th day of October, 2001.
