Man Robbed near Olive Branch Road

Man Robbed/Beaten at Knifepoint in White
River Township
Those who travel the State Road 135 corridor in the early morning hours are
asked to be vigilant and report suspicious activity after a recent robbery that
occurred late on Monday November 1, 2004. The victim was southbound on
State Road 135 around Olive Branch Road, when a light colored van bumped his
rear bumper. The victim continued on until an area just south of Stones
Crossing Road where he pulled into a business. The victim exited his
vehicle and was approached by a white female (pictured above - click to
enlarge); As he was talking to the female, two white males exited the van and
exhibited a large knife to the victim. The victim was then kicked and
beaten by the suspects, stole his wallet, money, then fled the area.
The suspect vehicle is a white work van similar to a GMC Safari minivan with
no windows on the sides. There is some minor damage on the drivers' side
door. The male suspects are described as: #1: 25-28 years of age, 6'2" to
6'3" tall, with several tattoos on his right arm, and #2: 18-20 years of age,
6'2" to 6'3" tall. The female is in her 20's, 5'5" to 5'6" tall, and about
140 pounds.
The suspects are believed the frequent the southside of Indianapolis.
